Screen Printing Process

Below is an example of the screen printing process on our fully automatic TAS 2000 Series printing machine.  This is a photographic design printed for Federation Clothing.

First we print the Yellow,

next the Magenta (red),

then the Cyan (blue)

and finally the Kroma (black). 

 The shirt is then passed through our Turbotex gas drier at a temperature of 160°C.

Et Voilá, the finished product.
